What is this?
This a check of your documentation to ensure that you’re providing your clients with the information that they’re legally entitled to when trading with you.
Why do I need it?
If a business or trading name is being used by your organisation then there are certain legal disclosure requirements that need to be met. If the legal trading entity is a registered body there are also some very specific disclosure requirements.
The disclosure must appear in specified places including on business letters and electronic equivalents including emails.
