What is this?

This is a methodology by which you can assess the extent to which the key policies that guide specific operations or activities in your organisation reflect its values and ethics.

Why do I need it?

Lofty policies that are detached from everyday work won’t achieve what they set out to. The framework ensures that the guidance documentation further down your organisation is not at odds with the values and ethos set from the top in your ethical policy and, more importantly, actually embed and reflect your organisation’s ethical principles in in practical and tangible ways.

What’s the process?

Working from your ethical policy, we’ll work with you to develop tangible standards against which other documentation can be tested.
