This includes their registered name at their registered office, place of inspection and other business locations, and on all business communications.

In addition the place of registration, registered number and registered office address must be given in business letters and order forms (along with their electronic equivalents), together with websites.

Finally there are specific disclosure requirements relating to the registered office and place of inspection.

Sole Traders and unregistered partnerships that do not use the name of the owner or all the partners also need to disclose certain information.
